Good morning everyone, last week I bought a smart camera C425. This works great; the only real problem is that it connects to the main router and not to the switch which is a TL-WA850RE. I tried everything but it still does not connect to the latter. Does anyone know how to help me? Thank you very much.

Check here for troubleshooting suggestions of setup failure issue of Tapo camera. What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

 

About your case, please share more details of the problem. Are you saying that the camera is unable to connect to the repeater's Wi-Fi during setup, a configuration problem? 

 

Or do you mean the router and repeater share the same SSID and you want the camera to connect repeater instead of the router?
