VPN client stuck on connecting IPVanish
I have an IPVanish account that works flawlessly however when I attempt to add a device through VPN client list it stays on connecting. I have an XE75 system used as the router. I've tried the TCP and the UDP option, both just say connecting. I've used multiple config files with different locations, same result. Updated the firmware, same result. This has to be an issue on Deco's end. Help please

Under the current VPN Client page, is there an assigned "Server IP" but the "Server DNS" is blank?
Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com(please add the forum ID#710124) with the following details:
- A copy of the OpenVPN config file
- The system log from the web UI-Deco web interface login
