I am looking for recomendations for the setting to be able to view live videos using the Ipolis app.

All was fine till I installed the M5 in conjuction with installing starlink broadband .

 

I have spent about 30 hours trying every permutation and still failing ....any help from some genuis out there will be very much appreciated 1

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

I think after switching to Starlink service, you no longer have a public WAN IP address.

Starlink provides its own Wi-Fi router. If you remove Deco M5 from Starlink, are you able to access  Samsung SRD 894  remotely from the iPolis app?

Many thanks for the reply ...... when I connect directly to the Starlink router I can connect through iPOLiS it's only when I try to connect it to the normal router that I get nothing ? 
( I can't keep it connected to the Starlink router as it only has one connection?)
