hi,

 

I have connected de digital tv box (proximus) with the booster (with an utp-cable). I get the feedback on my screen that there is no connection with the network. 

 

Someone has an idea why? And how to solve it?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Is this your first time installing the Digital TV box Proximus?

Have you tried the installation Guide here:

https://www.proximus.be/manuals/fr/manuel/particuliers/television/tv-box/installation/android-v7-internet-box

 

If you connect the laptop through the same Ethernet/UTP cable, can you get an internet connection on the laptop?
