Attached with solar panel , camera show off line .. battery was showing 100%
C425 was attacked with solar panel & working fine till suddenly it became off line & showing no light .at that time battery was 100%. Now there is no light even after reset button is pressed..even if I attach it to charger a red light comes & then vanishes.. it is like dead gazette.. please help.. what to do

There is something else you can try, please check if it helps.
1. Make sure to use the original power adapter.
2. Change an adapter for testing.
3. [*Important] Hold the power button for 10 seconds to force turning off the camera. Then press the power button to turn it back on again.
4. Press the reset button with a pin for around 6 seconds.
5. Hold to press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the camera. Then turn it back on again.

Could you please confirm if the camera only lights up the red LED briefly when connected to the charger, and then the LED remains off? Please leave the camera charging for a while and then check if there are any changes.
If the problem remains unchanged and the camera does not respond to factory reset. This might be a hardware failure issue. In this case, contact retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
