AX1800/Archer VX1800v will not connect to plusnet service
hi,
firstly I am very technically challenged lol, I have read the quick start over and over to see if I have missed the magical word, alacazam or izzy wizzy lets get busy, but nope still not working, I even used the web portal...eventually.
And still I am left with an orange indicating no internet connection.
I have tried to get the details from plusnet but it would be easier plucking a feather from a dog !
surely someone has one of these running on the plusnet service, if not, then amazon can have it back....

If having trouble setting up the DSL modem router, you read the guide to make sure your network topology and follow the steps in it.
For your situation, it is more suggested to contact local technical support for direct help, which would be more efficient.

Thankyou, my settings are as suggested, however I still get the no Internet light.
I really didn't think it would be this difficult, as in the quick start guide it was 4 steps and " enjoy your internet "
I will contact customer support, if however it's not going to cost me even more money.

Yes, you may contact local support directly or ask them to call you back if possible(if you worry about the phone fee).
