Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Archer_NX200(EU1)v1_1.0.0_3.0.0_UP_BOOT_2024-03-09_01.34.18

I bought this router after the archer MR600 which worked perfectly. 
I installed the TIM sim, but the line keeps dropping and the speed despite indicating 5g is lower than 4g.
It drops all the time. download is max 54k, upload 15k or lower, impossible to use.

THe iPhone in the same place works perfectly in 5G and I must use it in tethering again since this router don't work.
Also keeps breaking the web connection.

Tried the officil firmware and the italian firmware, but nothing happen.
I don't understand, I can't solve it.

Do you have any solution? Or a new firmware?

Otherwise I will send back this product to Amazon.

Hi,

Thanks for posting on TP-Link Community.

 

Please test if the issue happens on both 2.4G and 5G. You can change to another channel and channel width.

If the wired devices also have the unstable issue, please also change LAN DNS on the router to Google DNS.
