1. The system memory usage cannot be seen in the DECO APP. I wonder if it is a problem with the Taiwan version of the APP!? ---No, it is not related to the Deco APP. I might make a mistake and the current firmware 1.1.1 of Deco BE85 hasn't added this feature. 2. When editing channels under Deco APP>WiFi network, it is true that there is only the automatic option, and other channels cannot be selected. ---If you turn off "Auto" under channel settings, there isn't any channels listed for selection, right? 3. After repeated testing, it was found that when the APP shows disconnection, the host still has a green light and the network is normal. It seems that the APP has a bug that needs to be fixed, because after the update, it often shows that DECO is disconnected and not connected, and other DECO slaves It’s also not connected, I don’t know why!?
---Can you help me submit the Deco APP? I think the online detection through Deco APP still needs further improvement.
-You could refer to this link to set the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it made any difference:
How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
4.Do you need to set the WIFI to base station mode during wired return? I set it to router mode
---Wireless router mode would be fine and if you don't have another ISP-providered router, it is right to set Deco into wireless router mode.
The operation mode is not supposed to cause the above issues.

Hi, on my mesh network made by two units BE85 v1, in ethernet backhaul mode, both updated at 1.1.0 firmware, the option to turn off the 2.4ghz doesn't work at all, even if the "wireless network mode" is set up to "high efficiency". With a wi-fi analyzer is still possible to see the two hidden network at 2.4ghz on channel 1 (same channel of my main network at that frequency) and on the deco satellite unit is possible to see that it's connect to the main deco through ethernet/2.4ghz/5ghz/6ghz.
Same situation for my mesh network made by BE65, as described on my other thread.

I have set the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 but the deco app still displays disconnection status from time to time.

Update 1.1.1 firmware usage for one week, still showing disconnection status from time to time...
Or the APP may display one or two DECO icons but not the other devices. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the APP or with the firmware~

For the Deco BE65(V1+V2), since V1 hasn't added "high efficiency" mode. I don't think its 2.4GHz backhaul can be disabled.
The 2.4/5GHz on/off toggle is only used to disable the broadcasted WiFi for mobile clients. Even if it is turned off, the Backhaul between Deco units would still be active.
While, for Deco BE85, if you enabled "high efficiency" mode, theoretically, the 2.4GHz should be disabled.
Could you please help me save the following pictures:
- With a wi-fi analyzer is still possible to see the two hidden network at 2.4ghz on channel 1 (same channel of my main network at that frequency)
- on the deco satellite unit is possible to see that it's connect to the main deco through ethernet/2.4ghz/5ghz/6ghz.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi, Thanks for the update.
I have checked with the senior engineers. It turns out the Channel Selection conflicts with the "High Efficient" Mode. Once the "High Efficient" Mode is selected, we can't customize the wireless channels anymore.
For the "Network Connection" status on the Deco APP 3.8.103, I don't have other suggestions and would like to escalate your case to the senior engineer directly for further assistance. Please check the email later for more advice.
By the way, for the 3.8.103, did you download this version directly through Google Play? It seems like a Google Beta version.
And did all three satellite Deco BE85s connect to the main Deco BE85 via Ethernet cables?
Thanks again for your cooperation and support.
Best regards.

Deco APP 3.8.103 was downloaded through the PLAY store. S24U(ANDROID) It is currently version 3.8.112. The four Deco BE85s all use wired backhaul (CAT6). The cables are all newly drawn, and there is no problem pressing them.
