Hello, I had a Ring doorbell, I changed it for a Tapo D130 and the microphone audio volume is very low compared to the previous doorbell.

 

Before buying I looked for videos with reviews but I didn't find any where I can see the microphone audio of the Tapo D130.

Is this normal or is my Tapo D130 doorbell defective?

To adjust the volume of doorbell ringing: Tapo app > doorbell Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Ring

To adjust the volume of the paired chime/hub: Tapo app > doorbell Device Settings > Doorbell > Paired Chimes

 

If you use the Talk or Voice Call function, the setting option is on the upper right side of the pop-up function card.
