Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Latest

Hey there,

I've tried everything, but my Deco only stays on channel 2. This is a real issue since it's messing with my IKEA Zigbee hub, causing frequency overlap and making it pretty much useless.

  @ward1

Hi, welcome to the community.

Deco BE85/BE65_V2 already supports changing wireless channels on the latest firmware. Deco BE65_V1 will release a similar firmware later.

Have you checked the current working frequency of  IKEA Zigbee hub?

If you turn off the 2.4GHz band on the BE65_V1, will the interference stop immediately?

It is also suggested to run "Network Optimization" once under Deco APP>More to see whether it will help to re-select the wireless channel.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP Hey David

Thx for the reply.  IKEA Zigbee hub should use ch11 whose central frequency almost aligns with Wi-Fi's ch2. The optimization feature won't work, it persists using ch2 as I stated before.

I will try to shut the 2.4GHz AP down. When can I expect the new firmware for BE65?
