Model: Archer AX72 Pro
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

my 5g wifi is not working it was fine last night but its not working now.

i did everything I rebooted the device,

I changed the channels and channel width,

turn on/off the smart connection and then, turn 5g off/on again, but nothing seems to be working I've only had the ax72 Pro less than 2 months and it's causing me problems.

All the lights on the device are on and green. When I look at the Tp-Link app and the web interface to change the settings, it shows that 5ghz is on but on my devices on the wifi settings, the 5ghz is not showing. its says that the ax72 pro is up to date on the firmware.

Hi,

Please check if there are any special characters in the 5G SSID.

If all the devices cannot see the 5G signal, please press the WIFI button to turn off and then turn back on the WIFI function.

Make sure you are using the original power adapter, and also test with different power sockets.

If no help, please also reset the router.

If all suggestions above cannot help, please contact the local support directly to check the warranty for you.
