Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.6 Build 20240619 rel.72016(5553)

I'm having this issue with LAN CABLE beeing disconnected from my router time to time.

Tested my computer directly with my ISP router and everything works fine also tested with my old router and everything works fine.

Sometimes takes a lot of time for dropping but other times keep ocurring directlly.

I found other similar threads about this as well but without any public solution.

I really need help on this since I use my home networking for work.

Hi,

Please test with different Ethernet cables and different LAN ports on the router.

And also check if the other wired or wireless devices also have unstable issue when connected to the router.

  @Sunshine

Thanks for your answer.

I did the following test:

1 - ~1 hr of test using a network cable test device (testing every single wire in the cable) in both ends of the cable >> 100% success rate

2 - Different devices (laptop and both Playstation's 4 and 5) with the same cable

3 - The problem is occurring in a really random time. Sometimes I spent over 4 hrs direct without any issue. But sometimes I face this problem recurring like the log I shared (5 times disconnecting and re-connecting in 2 minutes window).

I'm really sure it's not the cable problem here.

Os: Both flow control option in LAN menu are disabled (RX and TX).
