I tried lto connect to a Deco with a red light. The app responded with "Deco not found"

 

i moved to the main Deco which had a green light The app then prompted me to log in. I fid with the same account as I used to set up the Deco

 

Then it gives me the home screen with the Paint your home in Wi Fi 

 

All the Decos are still working and Green Even the one that was Red

 

I reinstalled the app . Rebooted the Decos Nothing works Plese dont say use the same account as I am doing it already

  @Inani  Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.  I checked the MAC address and it is bound to another email(I quoted in the Private Message), which is a different email that you used for community registration. Do you also log into the Deco APP via this email?

Currently, this device is online and properly bound to the current email.

-If you confirmed the email address and still had the similar issue, please help me submit the Deco APP log-How to submit Deco APP log

The engineer would be glad to offer further assistance.

Hi, can you leave me a message about the MAC address on the main Deco and satellite Deco units?

 

By the way, What is the model number of your Deco?

 

You could run a simple test:

After connecting to Deco Wi-Fi, please try to access http://tplinkdeco.net to see whether you are able to access the web interface.

(The web UI password is the same as Deco APP login password)

Hi I can access the web browser The mac address is B4-BO-24-48-BA-90 The Deco is x60
