NX200 and RE200 OneMesh/EasyMesh

In the Tether app it says EasyMesh is compatible with OneMesh but I cannot connect RE200 to NX200 because NX200 does not support OneMesh. Is it compatible or not?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
May I confirm hardware version of your RE200?
After confirmation, it is a pity that Archer NX200 only supports Easymesh instead of Onemesh currently, so if the range extender only supports Onemesh, they will be not compatible to set up Onemesh network.
Thanks for your feedback and we have delivered it to the related department for any possible optimization.

You can try to set RE200 with Archer NX200 via the WPS button, instead of the web UI/Tether APP.
Best regards.

Ho - can you confirm that again? The guide at
says:
You cannot build a mesh network by mixing TP-Link OneMesh™ routers/extenders with Deco Mesh, but you can build up a mesh system with TP-Link EasyMesh and OneMesh™ devices. In other words, you can still build up a mesh network if you have “EasyMesh router + Onemesh extender” or “OneMesh router + EasyMesh extender”.
Note: TP-Link DSL modem routers that support EasyMesh, such as the Archer VX1800v, cannot establish a mesh network with powerline adapters, range extenders, and routers that only support OneMesh™.
So it seems clear that generally the easy mesh router (archer nx200 or nx210) can work with older one mesh extenders (eg re330).
Is the webpage wrong?
