Hi,

can someone tell me, what type of power connector on Tapo C500 is?

The german support site does not answer my questions :-(.

I need another power supply for installation and would take the same round dc plug as original. So i have to know whether it ist 5.5 x 2.1 or 5.5 x 2.5?

BTW: In the original delivery content there was a 9V Power-Supply. In the requirements ist should be a 12 V. What is right, or does it not matter?

C500 specification on TP-Link DE site specifies the voltage as 9V.

The size for 9V DC supply is 2.1*5.5 mm (inner/external diameter), length 9mm.
