As long as I see, Zzoomm offers a full fibre broadband (FTTP service).

On their website they advertise giving you a free Zzoomm Hub which is Icotera i4880.

What exactly is your goal - to replace their Zzoomm Hub with your VR2100 or to connect your VR2100 to their Zzoomm Hub ?

If the former - this is not a good idea because VR2100 can't match Zzoomm Hub technical specifications. If you want to go that road anyway, they should help you to set up your VR2100 Internet connection - in this case you should set your VR2100 in wireless router mode - details. In this case connect VR2100 LAN4/WAN port to the fibre connection box:

If the latter your can configure your VR2100 as a wireless access point and connect it via LAN port to the Zzoomm Hub LAN port - details.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Thank you for message. I would like to replace Icotera hub with Vr2100 because there is no parental control. I used Vr2100 before with Talktalk and parental control app was working fine.
