Extend Guest and IoT wifi to Easymesh nodes

Pretty much as the picture describes. I have a BE3600 (archer BE230) in my office, where the fiber box is located, and I am using an AX72 Pro in my living room to create a mesh network in the whole house with a CAT6 creating the backhaul connetion between the two.
The main wifi mesh network is working flawlessly, as i am getting high speeds in all the house with quite seamless AP roaming, and both nodes are updated to the latest firmware.
The problem is that the guest network is not being "replicated" from the AX72 Pro in the living room, where i actually need it the most (I have NAS and other sensible equipment to which I would not like to give guests access, if possible).
I know for sure that it is not impossible to have a system like this to work, as I have just upgraded from a mercusys AX3000 mesh system that supported whole house mesh with both main and guest networks, while costing half of the combineation of BE3600 and AX72Pro

Non, j'ai 3 BE230, ils prennet chacun les réseaux iot et invités, mais reliés en mesh, seul le routeur maître diffuse les réseaux iot et invités .... :(

Thank you, I get it now. My current routers all support Guest/IoT Wi-Fi (they are all same AX1500). So if I buy BE550 V2 and make all my AX1500 as satellite nodes, it should support extended Guest/IoT.
Nope. You may have misunderstood what JordanNB means.
Only when both the main and the satellite units support extending the Guest/IoT Wi-Fi, can the Guest/IoT Wi-Fi be extended via EasyMesh.

Is your BE230 V1 or V2?
As far as I can confirm, BE230 V2 already supports extending the Guest and IoT Network via EasyMesh with the latest version.

Oh, that's too bad. That means I would have to purchase 4 new routers that supports extended IoT/Guest. ![]()

Hi @Kevin_Z
Any chance the V2 firmware can be installed in the BE230 v1.20? I need to extend Guest and IoT.

Possible to solve the problem with smaller mesh for home devices (both 2.4 and 5MHz), and second mesh bigger because of IoT (2.4MHz for iOT, 5MHz for guests...
If Tp-Link/Mercusys is not listening...
Mercusys MR80x are pretty chip ;)
And networks can be splitted behind ISP modem/router...
