Archer GE800 facing constant issues

Hello, we recently purchased the Archer GE800 along with about 4 extender devices around 2-3 weeks ago. The router began randomly restarting and stopping around a day or two after setting it up, and we thought it could be an issue with system updates; but nothing that was tweaked in the software fixed it. The issue persisted for about a week until we just factory reset the modem along with giving it better cooling ensuring it doesn't overheat. Everything was fine for a week until today, the issue had randomly sprung back. The connection would randomly stop and restart every few minutes; and it was incredibly frustrating. We changed the power supply, nothing happened. We factory reset it yet again, painstakingly setting up everything all over and yet its still restarting randomly.
Are there any known solutions? Is this device possibly defective? Please let me know. Also, the internet provider itself has no issues, so its certainly a problem with this device.

Hey @Doc_Octopus, I believe I've sent you the beta firmware in January, and you confirmed the beta firmware fixed the fan noise issue as well.
There is currently no newer beta firmware.

@Kevin_Z received and applied but the issue still remains although less frequent so down from 10 times a day to maybe 5. what else can be done?

@OmarZiada Thank you for getting back.
Could you please clarify the specific symptoms of the disconnection? Are all devices, both wired and wireless, losing internet access? How about the LED status on the GE800?
Have you observed any specific activities or behaviors that trigger the disconnection?

@Kevin_Z the entire line drops and it doesn't matter if its the wifi or the lan connections to devices. when i'm connected to my laptop via cable and it happens, i cannot ping the router, cannot access the web interface and it takes about 10 seconds to a minutes sometimes till it comes back again. it happens many times a day.
the online duration hasn't changes so externally the connection is stable and thats what the ISP has also indicated. its the internal network that completely fails on all devices from Apple TV, to laptops, to mobile phones, etc.
ive set the router to restart everyday at sunrise as well to clear out any cache from over night just in case but that hasn't helped either.
i am currently on the beta firmware by the way: 1.1.7 Build 20250102 rel.39441(4555)

@OmarZiada Thank you very much for your detailed information.
I'll suggest upgrading the router firmware to the latest pre-release version we provided here, and then monitor the connectivity again.
If the issue persists, please show us the network topo. If there are EasyMesh satellite devices in the network, please describe how they are connected in detail.
Furthermore, when the issue happens and you cannot access the web interface of the GE800, are the devices still obtaining a valid IP address from the router? What are the IP address?

@BP_Link the router was recently updated with the latest firmware but i cannot now access the web interface. i can only access the router via the iphone app with limited options. the internet drops just like before multiple times during the day.
