Hi, thanks for the feedback.
Were you trying to say that the newly released 1.6.0 version is stable, but constantly reports "GetMobileStatus fail" errors?
Best regards.

Thanks for the update.
I saw you also updated the previous email with our senior engineer. He has offered a new firmware version.
Have you tested whether the new firmware helps with the reported issue?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Yes,
Updated new test firmware and under observation.
Tracing has been disabled hence no way to find if error condition is getting passed successfully or not.
Thanks

I am exeperiencing the same issues with mine NX200 V1, currently running the latest firmware: 1.6.0 3.0.0 v60a2.0 Build 250529 Rel.55411n
The issue was present with all the older firmware versions too.
The connection is dropping and the router keeps rebooting randomly. It was driving me crazy.
I honestly wanted to put it in the trash and say goodbye to over 200€ I paid for it.
The logs contained those exact exceptions mentioned: "Exception:GetMobileStatus fail" right before the router stops responding and eventually reboots.
The SIM card works fine in other devices like phones and other 4G routers.
I have tried changing all the suggested settings found here and in other threads from people having similar issues.
What I have found is that the issue is present when you are connected to this router with devices supporting WiFi 6 (phones and laptop in my case).
So to make this router somewhat usable, I have disabled WiFi completely and connected other router I had using ethernet cable and using it for WiFi.
Connections over LAN ports are working fine.
The router crashed only once since I started using the two routers solution. Much better than crashing 5-6 times per hour.
For the money TP-Link charges for these devices, I have honestly expected better quality.
I'm very disapointed and this is probably the last device I'll ever buy from them.

Request support to share updated test firmware "Build 250702 Rel.41162n_Beta" for your device , support will share commands/scripts to enable extra trace on test firmware to monitor error conditions.
The error will pop once router discovers 29 or above neightboring cells for your SIM. You can try selecting different 5G bands manually as some bands may not reach threshold value of 29 , you can also try moving device to different places of your house, In my case one area I get 35 cells and other area 25 cells.
I didnt notice any co-relation with wifi and exception.
