When I go into the deco app I sometimes see web protection and iot protection is disabled. Why does this happen and how do I prevent it?

The issue has happened a few times over the past few months. I just went into the app my phone to send the logs and it told me my homeshield is not setup and to choose a network. I have been running homeshield a long time now so not sure why this needed setting up again either. Will send the logs
