I have several power line wifi extenders. I have a AV600 which I have connected to the internet and it works fine. I need to extend the signal to my conservatory. This is on the same electric circuit to the main house. In the Conservatory I can connect on my phone to the house wifi with no problem but although the AV600 will work in the next room it will not connect to the internet in the conservatory. Plugged in it looks fine but on my phone it says no internet connection. Plugged in the next room, it is fine. What can I do?

If you have already tried to configure the Powerline adapters but no internet,  or devices such as PlayStation can not connect to the network,  please confirm whether you have encountered the following problematic scenarios:
    Case 1. The powerline light is not on after the configuration
    Case 2. The powerline light is on after the configuration
    Case 3 Only the wireless connection is not working
    Case 4. Only wired connection no internet
    Case 5. Only specific devices cannot work
