Deco X50-5G and Samsung A (Androin)
I have a Samsung Galaxy A twenty-five with the Deco app installed.
The app worked correctly at first, but at some point I couldn't get to the Network Mode section after: Primarily 5G or 4G Only.

 

I tried it on an old Samsung A41 that also has the Deco app, but no SIM card:
-it allows you to go to Network Mode->Primarily 5G or 4G Only in the Deco app.

 

I have checked the settings on both phones and changed them, but I can't get the Deco app's Network Mode switch to work on the A twenty-five.

What's wrong?

Can I have your current Deco APP version？

- Is the Samsung Galaxy A fifty-five Galaxy A55 5G?

 

Have you tried to delete the Deco APP and install it again to see whether it helped?

(Deleting the Deco APP will not mess up the current network configuration)

Hello!
Deco app is version 3.8.88
Strangely, this message system did not accept the tag Samsung Galaxy A55, but accepted A fifty-five. My phone is Samsung Galaxy A55 5G.
I have now uninstalled deco app and reinstalled it. The problem persists.

A55 was accidentally added to the blacklist, and It was removed yesterday.

 

Could you please refer to this link to submit the APP log?

How to submit Deco APP log

If possible, is there any chance that you could attach a video clip of "Can't get the Deco app's Network Mode switch to work on the A55"?

 

And there is a new firmware for Deco X50-5G_V1. It is also suggested to install this version to see whether it helped or not:
