HI  @Kyson,

If you have checked the WiFi button and reset the router, but still only power light up. It seems that router has hardware issue, please contact your local support for warranty consultation.

Hi  @Kyson,

If only wireless lights are off, please press and hold the Wi-Fi button for more than 2 seconds to turn on or off the wireless function of your router.

If lights are still off, please keep power on and Press and hold the reset hole until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

Hi Joseph, thanks for your reply. I have tried your suggestion but non of them work for me. Wi-Fi button press for 2 seconds or longer, light is not showing up. Factory reset, press and hold for until all the lighting blinks. But end up only "Power" light turn on, the rest are off. Anyway to figure out?
