Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit der Tapo C500. 

Sie funktioniert im Grunde wie erwartet, das einzige Problem das sie hat ist das sie ständig ihre Position verliert bzw sie sinkt ab mit der Zeit so daß sie nach ein paar Tagen auf den Boden schaut.

Auch die gespeicherten Positionen sind dann komplett falsch.

Schade, ansonsten funktioniert alles einwandfrei 

 

Kann es an einer falschen Einstellung liegen oder ist es doch eher ein Hardware Problem?

Do you use the motion tracking feature? How long have you been using this camera?

 

Please send me some videos of the camera before and after the problem for review. Upload the videos to personal cloud drive or YouTube then send a link to me through private message.

Hello, its hard to make a video. The camera is going down day by day for aproximately 5°. Not Sure how much in real, after some days the camera Looks nearly to the ground. Than i have to move each axis to maximun possible in both axis. Than it is OK for next few days.

I have this camera in use since 1-2 months and yes,  Motion Tracking ist activated.

Please provide the detection videos of the camera, for example, some from recent days and some from last week's. 

 

What's the daily detection frequency of this camera? Like 5 events a day, 10-15 events, or more?

The daily usage varies... Between 15 and 30 Times a day.

In your case, as the problem occurs within just a few days, which doesn't seem usual, we recommend contacting the retailer or local TP-Link support to get a replacement.
