Hi, i got a problem with my router. The wifi works but the internet connection almost drops down to zero. Wired connection works perfect all the time but wifi are my issue. what do you guys think the issue is? Best regards Ole.

Hi  @Olehoydal,

If your clients can't connect to the internet, please try the below:
1) Enable the guest network and connect the client devices to the guest network.
2) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the device to the hotspot WI-FI. Please reach out the device support if this doesn't work.

3) Try to modify the wireless settings.

4)Reset the device to factory default settings.
