Cant setup wifi

Im trying to set up my kit but nither of the wifi lights light up to set up the wifi aspect. I can use the adapter to connect to.my tv through the ethernet but can't get wifi

If you have already tried to configure the Powerline adapters but no internet, or devices such as PlayStation can not connect to the network, please confirm whether you have encountered the following problematic scenarios:
Case 1. The powerline light is not on after the configuration
Case 2. The powerline light is on after the configuration
Case 3 Only the wireless connection is not working
Case 4. Only wired connection no internet
Case 5. Only specific devices cannot work

Hi,
There is pretty much only one thing you can try.
While the TL-WPA9610 is powered on press and hold the "Reset" button for 5 seconds. (the reset button should be located on the left side within a small hole and labeled "Reset")
Then see if the Wi-Fi lights turn on after a minute or so.

@Joseph-TP yeah it's working perfectly connected to my tv through an ethernet cable but there is no wifi connection on it. The wifi lights blink once for a fraction of a second when i turn it on but apart from that they stay off.

If this is your first time using a powerline adapter, please refer to the suggestions I gave before, and make sure that the powerline adapter and powerline extender are working in the same circuit environment to successfully build a network.
If you have used the device normally before, then this situation may be a problem with the circuit environment or a hardware problem with the device itself. It is recommended that you contact local support for warranty service.
