I own Archer C80 V.2.20

I was expecting to see the VPN Client option on this popular model.

 

Could you please forward it to relevant department.

and I hope to see this VPN Client feature on the next official firmware update.

We will report your needs and suggestions to the relevant departments for evaluation. However, we cannot confirm whether VPN Client will be supported through firmware upgrades in the future, because the addition of new functions depends on the limitations of product hardware, chips, etc. The more functions a router has does not necessarily mean it will perform well.

We also recommend that you confirm the support of the required functions before purchasing the product, and then decide whether to purchase it, to ensure that you buy the most suitable product for you.

please forward this feedback to the relevant department, I really hope they will consider to approve this VPN Client feature request for Archer C80 V2.20.

and could you please often follow up to the R&D team.

TP-link company just want everyone to buy a new router all the time so they release only minor firmware update and also the firmware update still lack of good security.
