Hi there dear TP-Link support

I'm having a problem with my wifi router wich does not downgrade firmware and it does not give me 10 mbps of US data rate (with the standard max rate and SNR) instead it gives

1.2.0 is quite old firmware. May I confirm why you still want to downgrade firmware?

Usually, we more recommend upgrade firmware (Local upgrade) to latest according to the official webiste.
