My doorbell/video (model TD21) is connected to 2 mobile devices, when answered on one, why does the other device still ring and can this be altered?

In a multi-device management scenario, the doorbell ringcall feature does work in this way. But when the ringcall is answered, the other phone cannot pick up (interrupt) the same ringcall, a prompt "line is busy" will appear.

so I have 3 mobile devices linked to the same doorbell (2 iPhones and an iPad). If I answer the doorbell on one device, say my iPhone as I'm away from the house, the other two devices keep ringing indefinitely until I actually hit the call reject button on each device. This means that if I'm away from the other devices like my iPad, the battery runs flat on the iPad as it will still be ringing out hours after I answered the call on my iPhone. Is there a way for the other devices to stop ringing once I've answered the call on one device?

The ring call ends automatically after ringing for a short period if no one answers. Don't worry.
