TP-Link says this product has no support for universal or unlocked modem.

I have purchased this modem from BSNL , and we have no choice with them to buy any specific or locked modem.

And problem is not with BSNL or MMX 300C , as they are working perfectly in windows laptop , if they are connected directly without the router.

Router also identifided this modem .

Only manual configuration done by me is just providing username , password alone.

I can accept this kind of manual entry for the universal device.

But all devices should perform well in internet connectivity , once they are identified and connected successfully.

Or there should be provisions for tweaking the browsing and downloading performance.

Now this problem is resolved.

TP-LINK support from India and their Head Quarters China is very good.

As per their suggestion , I have analysed and sent them the log files.

then they have sent me alternative firmware.

After updating the firmware, my problem is solved.

ie I confirm that TP-LINK MR 3220, BSNL EVDO Connection , Micromax MMX 300C usb modem combination works well in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.

Im having micromax mmx 300c evdo modem with BSNL sim & TP Link MR 3220 3G/4G wireless router, when i connect mmx 300c to pc i can connect to hsia but while connected to MR 3220 it is
connected in cdma 1x. Is there any firmware update available pls forward it to me.

Why not contact support in India and ask for the firmware?
