Is the Archer Air R5 ear marked for ethernet backhaul support in the near future ? Is there firmaware that one can download to pilot this functionality ?

Just got a new BE450 to pair with my R5 and I found out that R5 doesn't support Ethernet backhaul? Please add that! I like this form factor. It worked for a long time and maybe the best behaving router I have ever had (I had plenty of them)

Friday - last edited Friday
300eur down the drain :( AX80 +R5. Both "support EasyMesh". WiFi signal does not reach between them, but there is an ethernet cable. Please fix the marketing junk - IT DOES NOT SUPPORT Mesh!!! Really angry. Planned this carefully, AI agents sweared that both support mesh. Terrible marketing. Should have stayed with my ZTE T3000 it also does not work in mesh, but costs less than half :( :( :(
