If you only want to change wifi settings, you can consider using Tether app to change it. How to change wireless settings of TP-Link wireless router on Tether APP
If you failed to log in to web interface, please try the following step:
1. Trying reboot the router
2. Ensuring your PC is connected to the main network of the router.
3. Using "Incognito mode" or "Private mode" in your browser.
4. Trying different devices.
If you can log in to web interface, please refer to Change your Security Settings on your TP-Link Router on web interface
