Firmware Version: 1.8.0 Build 20241202 Rel. 38518

Hi, hopefully you can help me. After upgrading the firmware yesterday we have several login-problems. We cant get into gmail anymore, see the screenshot. And on several other services its exactly the same. It looks like its loggin in, but on the last bit of loading, it times out because it takes too long and its gets stuck. If we log in through a mobile phone hotspot it works fine. Even if we switch back to connecting with the Deco's and continue working it all works fine. The only problem is with the logging in.

 

What has changed in the new firmware? In the past 3 to 4 years we never experienced any problems with our Deco's and we are very happy with it. And most importantly, how can we fix it? Is there a setting we need to change or maybe downgrade the firmware?

 

I already know how to downgrade, but wanted to ask here first.

 

Hopefully you can help us out.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

It is excellent that you have found a temporary workaround.

For now, the root cause still needs further confirmation. Currently, there is middle firmware available that could be used to downgrade from 1.8.0 to the official 1.6.4 without a factory reset.

Certain Programs and Service Can't be Loaded Properly on Deco M9 Plus_V2_1.8.0
