I bought a 3pack Deco BE85 in US and I 'm going to relocate to EU (Greece) next month. In which firmware should update my deco devices? Latest US firmware or EU firmaware in order not have issues with my WiFi...?

Hi, welcome to the community.

The firmware bin file itself for Deco doesn't distinguish between EU or US. The region code is embedded in the hardware/MAC address.

So you will still receive US firmware push messages even if you are in the EU (Greece).

 

Basically, it is not suggested to use the US version devices in the EU as the WiFi regulations are different such as the EU version doesn't allow band 4 over 5GHz.

WiFi transmits power allowed by FCC is also a little bit different from CE.

Moreover, we can't provide international warranty service if there is anything wrong with Deco later.
