Port TCP 443 settings

I have recently lost communication between my solar invertor and the manufacturer's (Solar Edge) monitoring system. The manufacturer has advised that I need to set TCP 443 enabled for double-ended communication. Can you advise how I achieve this?

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Most SIM carriers used CGNAT service. Before opening the TCP 433 port, it is recommended to confirm you have had a public IPv4 address:
The IPV4 address on the MR600 needs to be the same as https://whatismyipaddress.com/
As for the port forwarding configuration, please refer to:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2841/
Wait for your reply and best regards.
