I have had to change my router but still with Sky,i had tapo care which was paying for,how do i connect router to my tapo care account

Tapo Care subscription is bound with your TP-Link account. For your case, reset the camera and reconfigure it to the new WiFi.
Then, add the camera to the Tapo Care plan. How to add new cameras to my Tapo Care plan
