DECO X50-5G works, but after power off only red led, all data lost

any idea?
I bought 2 of this devices, after configuring the second, it works. After firmware-update: red light...all the same.
Sorry, but did I paid this 2 DECOs with counterfeit money?

Can I have the firmware version you have installed on the Deco X50-5G?
When they were red after the firmware upgrade, would a manual restart help restore the connection?
-If possible, please also try to remove/ insert the SIM card again to see whether it helps.
