Hello!
I have 2 pack of Deco XE75 (Wifi6E) that is working very well at my 145 m2 house (no stone walls). 

I am thinking to buy 1-pack Deco BE65 (Wifi7) as main router and have the two XE75 as "satelites". Total 3 routers.

 

Is there any limitations if I have a Wifi7 router combined with Wifi-6E?

Alternatively, I could sell my XE75s and buy another BE65 so that I have 2 routers (both Wifi7). 

 

What are the pro's and con's of the two alternatives?  

 

Alt1: 1x BE65 + 2x XE75 (total 3 routers)

Alt2: 2x BE65 (total 2 routers)

Hi, Did you have any WiFi 7 clients?

How much for your internet bandwidth？

Would there be any specific reason that you want to upgrade/add more Decos?

 

For a mixed system, the WiFi 7-only features will not be available on the 6E models, such as the MLO network,320 MHz over 6GHz.

It would be better to have a unique model under the same Mesh, 3*Deco XE75S or 2*Deco BE65s.

Alternative 3 would be to skip BE65 and instead have 3 XE75's
