Hello.

It does not connect to the main device and the power diode does not light up even though the 2nd diode flashes and the 3rd one lights up but the 4th one does not light up. Im using a AV500

Hi  @Miedzian,

Did you change any settings or connection between the adapter and extender? When did you buy the powerline devices?

 

Please try to hard reset the powerline devices as below:

For the models which start with TL-PAxxxx, press and hold the Pair button for 15s until all LEDs turn off and then come back on.

For models beginning with TL-WPAxxxx, press and hold the Reset button for 10s. Release the button and all LEDs turn off. When the LEDs turn back on, the reset process is complete.

 

If the issue persists, please consider contacting local support for further help.
