Model vx1800, unable to register my landline.  I am with Optus so selected "other".  Used my ip address as the registrar address.  Hit enter,  clock goes around then finally a cross appears in the status column.  Can that also be caused by a cable being mis-connected?  Very frustrating.   Internet works fine..
