Archer VX1800v - VPN Stuck at "connecting"

Hello,
I'm experiencing persistent connection problems when trying to connect to NordVPN using the OpenVPN tutorial. The connection remains in a "connecting" loop and I'm unable to log in.
I've verified that my OpenVPN configuration is functional by successfully connecting through the standalone Windows OpenVPN application.
I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. Please also provide instructions on how to submit a support ticket.
