Hello, my camera has been removed twice in 2 days from the app with no reason. Yesterday I added it again, and today it dissapeared again, saying'' Devices already removed''. I force stopped the app, launched it again and it didn't help. What can be the issue? Its not worth for me do this every day to set it up and everything.

What's the led status of the camera? Check whether the camera appears in the app when the phone connects to the local WiFi network - turn off cellular data and disable VPN if any. 

 

If the camera led is solid amber, that means it is offline from the cloud, so it cannot be controlled remotely. For this case, refer to the suggestions in this FAQ, check Case 2. What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
