Boost Your Wi-Fi: Request for '802.11n only' Mode in Archer C50 V6
Hello everyone,
I’d like to bring attention to a feature request for the Archer C50 (EU) V6_250119 router. Currently, in the 2.4GHz settings, the available wireless modes are limited to "802.11bg mixed" and "802.11bgn mixed", without an option for "802.11n only."
Adding an 802.11n only mode could bring several benefits:
- Better Performance: Reduces interference from older 802.11b/g devices, leading to a more stable and efficient connection.
- More Control: Users with only 802.11n-compatible devices can optimize their network without unnecessary legacy support.
- Faster Speeds: Helps improve throughput by focusing on a single standard.
Many other routers already offer this setting, and it would be great to see it included in a future firmware update for the Archer C50 V6. If you support this request, please leave a comment or upvote so that TP-Link takes notice!
