MR600 Digi Setup

When I try to configure it, it attempts to retrieve the network information, but it says the network is unstable.
The internet works perfectly, with IPTV running without any issues. My Shelly devices are also functioning normally. However, the Ring Intercom won’t configure.
I used my phone as a hotspot for setup, and it worked.
I also removed the SIM card from the router and configured it using the DIGI app, but the problem persists.

Hi, thanks for your update.
According to your description, the fact is that internet works on Archer MR600, but your ring cameras failed to connect to it, right?
Can your other devices(like phones and computers) connect to the router properly?
And you also tried port forwarding on Archer MR600, right? If so, you may refer to the guide to check your settings.
If only your ring cameras can not work with the router, it is suggested to contact the camera support for some advice.
Note: For the CG-NAT ISP: Comporium and Direct link - radio service, and most 3G/4G/5G ISPs, they usually provide the customer a private IP address or CGNAT address. CGNAT address ranges from 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255, which looks like public IP address but actually not, therefore, it will also cause you unable to use the OpenVPN or port forwarding and affect the NAT Type. You could contact the ISP and ask them to offer a Public IP address.
Best regards.

Hi, welcome to our community.
As Archer MR600 can be set up via Tether app, may I confirm why you tried to use DIGI app to configure the router?
According to your description, the only problem is that your Ring Intercom failed to connect to the router, right?
If so, here are some some suggestions for your reference:
1. Disable Smart Connect on web UI of the router, set different SSID for 2.4GHz and 5GHz band, and try to connect your Ring Intercom to 2.4GHz band.
2. Enable 2.4GHz Guest network and connect your Ring Intercom to it for a try.
3. Change DNS on router for a try.
4. Contact Ring support to confirm whether some settings needs to be adjusted on the router.
Thank you and best regards.

Good morning,
I used the TP-Link app and also tried configuring it via PC.
I already tried changing the DNS, but even after making the change, the main page still shows DNS (8.8.8.8). Has anyone successfully changed it and kept the new DNS active?
I used the DIGI app because, when I contacted support, they told me to remove the SIM card, insert it into a phone, and adjust the country selection in Rbroker.
Regarding the wireless settings, I already have 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands separated, I followed the necessary steps, but it didn’t work.
What’s most surprising is that when I turn on the iPhone or Android hotspot (I have two phones at home), the Ring configures without any issues.
I have a Ring support link listing the usual ports they use. I followed those instructions, but the problem remains.
This morning, I took the router and connected it to a Vodafone service, and it configured without any issues.
I have already completed all the upgrades.
In the ISP section, it shows “null”—shouldn’t it display something related to the provider?
tks
