Hi there!

 

I was wondering if BE25 is able to connect to Wireguard as a client instead of OpenVPN etc. I cant't find the Wireguard option in the VPN-settings. Is it something I am missing here? I do have a Homeshield subscription.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

You haven't missed anything. The current firmware of Deco BE25 hasn't added the WireGuard VPN protocol yet.

For the supported WireGuard supported models, you could refer to Which models support Wireguard today?

Thanks, @David-TP! It sounds like it will come in the future? I hope so, because the BE25 is a very nice device and Wireguard is lighter and faster than the others :)

I just switched from Deco X50 to BE25, and unfortunately, the VPN using the WireGuard protocol is not working.

I hope it will be supported soon in the future

  @David-TP any idea if/when wireguard will be supported for the BE25 routers?  I'm having trouble getting open vpn working but have had wireguard working on my phone for years so would love to have these devices support it or I may need to return them as I had incorrectly assumed that wireguard was already supported...

No update in Norway yet. I am on the following Build witn no Wireguard and no update is available.
 

1.0.17 Build 20250403 Rel. 13304
