TL-WR702N Client mode not connecting to the internet

I got the TL-WR702N to work in client mode to connect my smart tv. But after configuration process it does not connect to the internet , even when connected to my computer -Windows tells it can´t find a DNS. 702N connects to the wi-fi network - at least it recognizes SSID and main router MAC. I have checked LAN IP address as listed in FAQ, but addresses are different. It is correctly wired to the computer, ping 192.168.0.254 shows that router is properly connected. Any clue or suggestion on what should I look for?
