Set up my Doorbell with the chime. It says it's connected but when I press the doorbell the chime does not ring. How can I fix this?

Which Tapo doorbell do you have? Where did you set up the chime connection? Please a screenshot here.
Generally, there are two ways to link a Tapo chime/hub with the Tapo doorbell, you may check if you're using any of the methods below and double-check your setup.
1. Through 'Paired Chimes' in doorbell settings: doorbell Device Settings page > Doorbell > Paired Chime.
2. Through automation: Create an automation rule to make the hub ring when the doorbell is pressed. How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app
