Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version: 1.1. 7 Build 20240809 Rel. 18610

Hi, I recently purchased the Deco X3000-5G router with firmware
1.1. 7 Build 20240809 Rel. 18610 I can't manually set the Channel to 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz, it gets stuck on CH6 where there is an analog signal IN FM in a transit of a local private radio, basically the 2.4Ghz are unusable, is there another firmware that allows you to manually set the channels?
Thanks, best regards.

  @Robertorqj

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

I'm afraid there hasn't been a new firmware for Deco X3000-5G that supports manually changing the wireless channel.

Did you find the private radio happens to use the same channel 6 over 2.4GHz?

It is suggested to run "Network Optimization" under Deco APP>More to see whether it helps re-select the wireless channel for 2.4GHz.

By the way, Have you observed any unusual performance issues on the 2.4GHz-supported devices?

Best regards.

@Robertorqj 2.4 Ghz & 5 Ghz aren't "channels", they're network bands btw

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it
