Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.14 Build 20241015 Rel. 45922

I am trying to connect to the 6ghz network and it keeps saying the password is incorrect, i have triple checked it and its not incorrect.

I rebooted the network and it briefly let me connect to the 6ghz network before booting me off and giving a "connection error" when trying to reconnect.

If i forget the network and try reconnect it then gives the incorrect password error again.

Is there anything i can do to fix this? I replaced my google nest network to get this specifically and its extremely disappointing that it seems busted out of the box.

Also the support process through the deco app is atrocious, you cant copy paste firmware text from the app and if you open a different application on your phone this stupid app closes the support page and reverts back to the deco management app.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

"A secondary issue i am now seeing is that the 6ghz is insanely slow (0.5 mbit on google speed test) even though its right next to the main access point in the mesh."

- Did the slow speed over 6GHz only happen to S21 ultra? How about the 6G PC?

(Can I also have the model number/wireless adapter information of the 6G PC)

"I tested out connecting my steam deck to it and it seems that the 6ghz only works at speed near the satellite mesh points and the main points 6ghz signal is non-existent/extremely slow and weak"

-It is also suggested to switch a different Deco XE75 as the main Deco to see whether the reported issue follows a specific unit or stays in the same location:

How to replace the main Deco with another Deco

Wait for your reply and best regards.

An update testing this my PC can connect to the 6ghz network so its something wrong with samsungs support for 6ghz on the s21 ultra.
