How remove WiFi strong password requirement

Why is Deco forcing me to choose a strong password for WiFi?
It's a house with no neighbors used by old people, I need to setup an easy password, or maybe even with no password.
It's my house, my network, my responsabilità.
I understand equipment can warn me, it's OK, but it cannot force me! It's my decision!
There wasn't this requirement before, please TP Link solve this!
You can create a hard way to remove, like developer in smartphone, but you cannot go against the user decision!
Please fix it!
Or let me install the old release which was OK for me.

So the problem is the app and not the firmware? THANK YOU so much!
I already downgraded to 1.7.1 without solving, and I was about to recovery via TFTP and try 1.6.0 and 1.5.7 ( I found some old links here in the forum).
Change the app is much more easy and I don't need to reset and reconfigure all my NAT, PPPoE and WiFi.
EDIT: I just tried 3.7.5 and it really worked! THANKS again!
I will now try to go ahead with versions to see when they changed the password rule.
And then just disable the auto update on play store.

Hi, Welcome to the community.
I notice you are from Brazil. The APP upgrade is intended to comply with the new ANATEL cybersecurity requirements in Brazil.
Brazil ANATEL Act 2436/2022 with “Minimum Cybersecurity Requirements for Assessing the Conformity of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) Equipment.”
Best regards.

Deco M5 is now a useless product for me.

You will need to downgrade Deco app, it enforces password rules. Find older version of Deco app somewhere, if you can.
Telling you that, so you would not be wasting your time trying to downgrade Deco units fimrware.
